There’s no getting away from it, just 2.5hours from now and perhaps the worst season for many years will be over on all but the Irvine. The Irvine is still fishing reasonably well so perhaps I shouldn’t include them in my pessimistic summary of 2013 and if nothing else they have a couple more weeks to boost their total.
I doubt anyone is so desperate that they are left on the water so I thought it appropriate to remind everyone to complete their catch returns early and return them to their clubs or the DSFB.
The sooner all returns are in, the sooner we will be able to work out just how bad (or good) the 2013 season has been.
