As previously mentioned in posts on our facebook page, although we do not take part in any bailiffing activities, ART do help organise training for new Bailiffs. This year is no different and we already have a list of names for the next exam which will be held on the 3rd of March. Training has been organised in advance of the exam and it is a very good idea for any candidates to attend this training as you will then find the exam far easier. The training has been scheduled as below and will take place at the Trust offices. I have also added a link with directions for those who do not know how to get here.

Sunday 12th Jan 2-5 pm
Sunday 19th Jan 2-5 pm
Sunday 26th Jan 2-5 pm
Tuesday 4th Feb 7-9 pm
Saturday 15th Feb 7 -9 pm

More to be added later in the run up to the exam.

The bailiff coordinator from the River Ayr will be delivering the training and he has asked me to get everyone to have a look at the three pages of definitions at the back of the bailiff manual. These appear on pages 116, 117 and 118. He will be asking questions about these definitions on Sunday so please have a read over them.

For those who have not received their manual yet, you can click the link below to download it however you will still receive a hard copy in the post in due course.

Anyone still interested in becoming a bailiff can still register so please get in touch on 01292 525142
