Today was the start of the decorating at the new office. With the phone line moving across to No1 Gibbs Yard, Auchincruive on the 21st of January, we thought we better get cracking and repaint the office from top to bottom.
Helen Downie and Trustee Peter Galloway were on hand and armed with brushes and rollers set about freshening up the whole place. With three offices, a hall, kitchen and WC, there was plenty to do but by 5pm, the ceilings are all complete and the cutting in on the walls downstairs is done. Tomorrow we will finish the first coat on the walls and start the woodwork.
Next week, we have a partition to sort out and the furniture to move in so help is still required. All going well, I’d like to see the office move completed by the 24th.
