Ayrshire Rivers Trust will process (collect, store and use) the information you provide in a manner compatible with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018 in the UK. We will endeavour to keep your information accurate and up to date, and not keep it for longer than is necessary. A summary of our Privacy Policy is as follows:

Your data and privacy are important to us, and we are committed to ensuring its absolute protection. As such, any information we have collected in the past, and may collect in the future, is used in accordance with the guidelines set out by the GDPR.

We use technical, administrative, and physical security measures to protect against the loss, misuse, alteration, disclosure, and unauthorised access of data used by our systems.

The Ayrshire Rivers Trust holds certain personal data for the purpose of fulfilling its charitable objectives as set out in its constitution, which includes the protection of fish and their habitat for the public benefit within our district. We will only pass personal data to third parties without consent of the data subject where it is necessary for us to do so in support of the fulfilment of our charitable objectives. Data is held subject to our Data Handling Policy. The Trust’s responsible officer for data is Jennifer Garland and any queries regarding this Privacy Statement should be directed to them.
