I am planning three balsam bashing events for next week and require some volunteers to lend a hand. You don’t have to be trained or experienced but will probably require your own transport. Listed below are the locations and if you would like to come along and lend a hand please email gordon@ayrshireriverstrust.org
Monday 4th – Kerse Burn (Water of Coyle catchment) – 1pm meet at Broomhill fishery
Tuesday 5th – River Stinchar – 12 noon, meet at Hallowchapel
Wednesday 6th – River Doon – 12:30pm – location tbc.
If transport is an issue we may be able to help so please still get in touch, all help is greatly appreciated.
